• Latin Horizons is an organization that intermediates between companies or organizations on one hand and students on the other
• Latin Horizons will introduce the student to its intern/ volunteer position
• Latin Horizons is responsible for airport pickup and adequate housing during student stay at destination
• Latin Horizons has the right to end a students stay when he/ she does not meet the tasks assigned to him/ her by the company/ organization
• Latin Horizons has the right to end the company or organization participation with our students when the company/ organization does not fulfill its obligations
• Latin Horizons will not refund money in case student stay will be shorter than planned on forehand for any reason whatsoever
• Latin Horizons can not be held responsible in case of participant’s robbery, illness or hospital stay.
• The participant should take care of its own travel arrangements to the destination of their program and medical assurance
• The participant should take care of its own visa and consult with the respective embassy before arriving to the country of destination
• The participant should apply to any program with at least 2 months anticipation
• The participant who does not have at least an intermediate level off Spanish has to study 4 weeks at our language school before starting with any intern or volunteer job
• The participant should fill out the application form correctly, send the resume and make half of the payment in order to claim the position he/she applied for.
• The participant should pay 50% of the program value in advance at least 4 weeks before arriving and the other 50% should be paid upon arrival.
• The participant can make the first payment to one of our accounts in the Netherlands, USA or Ecuador whatever preference the student may have
• The participant can make the second payment upon arrival by traveler check with prior consult or in cash
